I'm suffering from depression. Will you be my friend?

  • Whenever you have any problem regarding your life, you can share with me without any kind of hesitation. And Of course I would like to be your friend.
  • But, I have a bet. ‘You will never go to any psych again’. If you agree then read below ,otherwise close this answer.
  • Ok ! So agreed. You have no reason to live, is there any reason to quit. Obviously NO.
Then why to loose hope man. Fight with the life with your full potential and conquer it.
Let the world laugh at you.
Let them say you are useless.
Let them say anything they want.
Let them say you can’t .
Do you know this man. He is Nick Vujicic. He born with no arms and legs. Can you find any reason for him to survive? But, he did it. He fought with every miserable moment of his life and is able to play, swim, write, draw, and many other activities.
So, please never tell to yourself that there is no reason for your survival. Trust me, you are born for a reason.
  • You need someone to listen you. Right? Then who said only people can fulfill your need, you can follow any habit mentioned below. They will definitely help you and they are quite interesting as well:-
  1. you can try writing diary every night. They are very loyal to us. It will reduce your stress.
  1. Try reading books you like. It will pass your time in a very pleasant way. Hope you love it.
  1. You can even try some lovely activities on the daily basis like watering a plant daily, keep some chapattis for dogs or cows, etc. This habits will shower love and joy to your life.
  1. Try to do yoga (specially laughter yoga) and mediatate everyday.
My dear friend, please follow these for at least 7 days in a queue. It will definately help you.
